    7. On all of the above committees, unless otherwise approved by the Board, there will be representation from members of both ocular pathology and ocular oncology subspecialties. The committee appointment, nomination, and election process should have the goal of each committee membership consisting of approximately 50% from ocular pathology and 50% from ocular oncology.
  2. Section 2. Ad hoc Committees
    1. are appointed by the President as deemed necessary.
    2. shall have a defined length of function.
    3. shall have a clearly defined purpose.
